Our group sessions are friendly and supportive. While athletes work alongside each other, you'll receive your own personalised Olympic weightlifting training plan to work on at your own pace. Written by head coach Mem, your programme will be personalised to your goals and include mobility exercises and strengthening accessory work to help you overcome areas of weakness.

While our membership options are fully subscribed, drop-in sessions for non-members are available. Book via TeamUp on the button below.
