The online community of remote athletes, led by Mem, was created to provide high-quality coaching to a wide range of people. This initiative aims to bridge the gap for individuals who are unable to physically attend Mem's Club but still desire to benefit from his expertise and in-person coaching. Mem's remarkable accomplishments, both as a former professional athlete and as one of the top Olympic weightlifting coaches in the UK, are a testament to the quality of coaching and mentoring he provides. Having started his weightlifting journey at the age of 12, Mem's passion for the sport truly shines through. As a coach, he has successfully nurtured numerous national and international senior and master champions, medalists, and record holders.
The training programmes are fully personalised and tailored for beginners, intermediates and advanced lifters, including semi- and professional athletes.
Here's how it works:
Fill out the form for Mem to find out a little more about your training background and goals.
Send some of your lifting videos for a video analysis - this will help identifying the area that needs attention first.
Your training plan is discussed with the athlete and delivered via the TRUECOACH app.
Video demos for the prescribed exercises are provided
Videos of the lifts will be submitted to Mehmed who provides detailed feedback within 48 hours.
Following the athlete’s progress Mem is then able to make adjustments to the online weightlifting coaching plan based on each individual's needs
